I would like to go on record as a most satisfied customer. I have eliminated squeaks in my bedroom floor at every location in which I have found them. I don't know why there is not greater knowledge about the effectiveness of this product. I just want to comment that I am absolutely thrilled with your floor squeak eliminator product. I have been annoyed for months by very bad squeaks in my carpeted living room. After I use just three of the break-off screws, the squeaks are absolutely gone. I can hardly believe it and am so pleased! We recently ordered and used the product "Squeeeeek No More." It worked exactly as advertised. The video was most helpful. I have tried a number of methods for fixing squeaks in the subfloor under carpet over my 37 years in the business and nothing works as well as this product. My wife and I just finished using the Squeeeek No More Floor Kit in our upstairs hall with great results. The squeaks are gone and the floor seems more stable. I think you have an exceptional product that should be in every home improvement store in America. I wish there was a similar product for linoleum from atop the floor instead of from below because I don't have access to the underside of the floor. Best wishes for success with this product. The system worked really well and was easy to use. We laid carpet over the floor afterwards, but I believe it would have refinished nicely over the screws. It did take more screws than I had thought, but the substrate and planks were pretty loose all over. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so. I can think of a lot of times in the past where I could have used it to repair furniture and molding for a much better appearance. - Tim F., 06/07/07

I own an 85-year-old house with oak floors that had started to squeak.  The master bedroom was so bad that if my husband was sleeping, my walking across the floor would wake him up!  I read about the Counter Snap Hardwood Floor Kit on the internet, and although I was doubtful, I was desperate.  My husband did not think it would work and thought I had wasted my money.  When it arrived, he reluctantly agreed to use it.  Well, let me tell you, it absolutely works.  As soon as the screws were in place, my floors instantly stopped squeaking.  Now I can walk around the bedroom without waking him up!  Also, the holes where the screws were inserted are so small that you can hardly see them.  We didn't even bother to patch the holes.  We are very pleased with the product and would absolutely recommend it to others who have squeaky hardwood floors.  It is amazing how something so simple can make such a difference. - Lotus B., 06/06/07

The kit worked perfectly. Once I found the joist, all I had to do was measure 16 inches and kill the squeals! I used a few shades of brown crayon to fill in the small holes but didn't really need to, and you would never know I did anything to the floor. Now I find new squeaks I never knew were there since the rest of the floor is so quiet! - John H., 06/05/07
