The store is designed to handle U.S. and Canadian customers, but we can sell and ship to customers in Australia, Denmark, Figi, Finland, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom as well.

If you are placing an order for shipment to one of the countries listed above, you may encounter a Shipping Calculation Error when the shopping cart attempts to calculate real-time shipping, it simply means that the shopping cart was unable to calculate the shipping cost for the address given. If you see this error, we recommend that you do not proceed with your order. Instead, contact us so we can provide you with a shipping cost. If you continue your order with the Shipping Calculation Error displaying, your product(s) will be charged for but the shipping will not. Your email receipt will clearly show that you encountered a Shipping Calculation Error.

In these specific cases your order will be put on hold. We will contact you by email regarding the shipping cost and shipping options available for your area along with a link to our Make A Payment window so you can make an online payment for the shipping cost. When making this payment, be sure that the credit card you use is affiliated with a United States Bank or you can pay using PayPal through this same Make A Payment window.

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a .PDF of the order(s) to verify your billing and the correct shipping address.

If you live abroad and are interested in ordering products but you are unable to go through our store or prefer not to, please send us an email that includes your complete shipping information, product item number(s) and the quantity of product(s). We will then research the shipping cost and send you a product total and shipping quote by email.
